Who this covers

JBM Productions & Broadcasting Inc. ("JBM") plans, places and reports advertising for its clients. JBM uses an internal tool, JBM Media Buying, to do that work. Only JBM staff can sign in to it. This policy explains what the tool can access and how that information is used.

What the tool accesses

The tool only reaches accounts that a client has authorized JBM to manage, or that belong to JBM.

• Google: Google Ads campaigns, budgets and performance reports; Google Analytics and Search Console reports; Google Business Profile calls, direction requests and website clicks. If JBM connects its own Gmail account, the tool can send email from it, which is how clients receive their advertising summaries. It cannot read, search or delete email, and it does not access contacts or files.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): ad accounts, Pages, catalogs and lead forms that clients have shared with JBM's Business Manager. It also reads the leads people submit on those clients' lead forms so each lead can be sent to that client.
• TikTok: advertiser accounts that clients have authorized: campaigns, ad groups, ads, creative and performance reports.
• Spotify: ad accounts that clients have authorized: campaigns, ad sets, ads, creative and performance reports.
• Amazon Ads: Amazon DSP advertisers that JBM manages: campaigns, ad groups, creative and performance reports.
• AudioGo (Pandora) and CallRail: performance reports and tracked-call reports for the clients JBM manages.

How it's used

The information is used only to create and manage each client's advertising, and to report results to that client. It is never sold. It is not shared with anyone other than the client the account belongs to, except where required by law.

Google user data

JBM Media Buying's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is not used for advertising to the people in that data, not sold, and not used to train AI models.

How it's stored

The tool runs on computers JBM controls. Sign-in tokens and API keys are encrypted. Access is limited to JBM staff, and every change made in the tool is logged. Backups are kept privately and old backups are deleted on a rolling basis.

Choices and removal

• A client can remove JBM's access at any time:
  • Google Ads: access settings in the client's account
  • Meta: Business settings
  • TikTok: Business Center
  • Spotify: Ad Studio account settings
  • Amazon: Amazon Ads user management
• Anyone can remove the tool's access to their own Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• A person who submitted a lead form can ask for their information to be deleted by emailing the address below.
• When a client stops working with JBM, their stored sign-ins are removed on request.
